We are looking for someone to primarily participate as a PM for a project to replace Windows 10 devices used by employees with Windows 11. As a PM who coordinates the following project members, you will be responsible for promoting the project until the migration is complete. You will also be involved in the kitting vendor selection process. Infrastructure vendor Create PC terminal image for Windows 11 migration Application/device control design using Hybrid Azure AD Join and Intune Kitting vendor Kitting Windows 11 to branch offices nationwide User guidance and support Our employees Infrastructure engineer Operator, help desk -------------------------------------------------- ------ ■Duties 1. Project manager You will be active as a PM for the Windows 10 to 11 migration project. 2. Support for infrastructure-related sub-projects Based on the operating status and skill set, we plan to have you work on a small project related to Windows 11 migration (we will consult with the skill set) ① Developing device management using Intune ② Internal account management using Azure Active Directory ③ Consideration of internal network management, construction, and improvement, including consideration of new technologies such as ZTNA and SD-WAN 3. QA support for internal IT infrastructure, defect investigation and response: 30% •Tier 2 support for help desk inquiries •Investigate and respond to infrastructure failures and support other teams |

| Job Requirements |
[Required] Those who have experience or knowledge regarding any of the following: • Experience in leading the project from PC image creation to kitting in a position of leader or higher in OS update projects such as Windows 7 and 10. • Basic understanding of windows PC kitting • Basic endpoint security product knowledge. • Infrastructure related project lead • Experience as an O365 administrator (not a user) • Knowledge of ActiveDirectory, GPO 【welcome】 • Responding to infrastructure-related inquiries from 2nd-tier and above • Experience in building networks within and between locations. |
