Position Overview: The Network Infrastructure team is dedicated to enhancing and maintaining the reliability of services to ensure user comfort and safety. We seek a proficient Project Manager to oversee various tasks and projects within the CPSD Network Section, ensuring smooth execution amidst concurrent activities. Responsibilities: • Manage migration and lifecycle processes for network equipment reaching end-of-life. • Coordinate task and schedule management for OS upgrade projects within large-scale networks. • Oversee Internet router expansion initiatives. • Coordinate data center line switching activities. • Manage internal tool development projects. • Monitor and drive progress for ongoing improvement activities. • Ensure readiness for periodic maintenance tasks. • Develop lifecycle management and migration plans for network hardware reaching end-of-life. • Coordinate network OS upgrade plans within large-scale infrastructure. • Oversee Internet Router Expansion Projects. • Manage migration of data center circuits. • Drive progress for internal tool development projects. • Oversee progress of network monitoring and improvement activities. • Ensure readiness for periodic maintenance tasks. Required Skills: • 3+ years of project management experience. • Strong presentation skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency in multitasking to manage concurrent projects. • Business-level Japanese (N2 or above). • Conversational English (TOEIC 600 or above). Expected Role: • Gather requirements and oversee projects through to release, engaging multiple stakeholders. • Provide support to engineers by managing tasks and schedules. • Conduct Key Performance Indicator reporting and analysis. • Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships to understand needs and support project objectives. • Prepare and deliver reports to senior management on project status. Desired Skills: • Prior project management experience in the networking field. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. • Familiarity with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence. • Proficiency in English communication. |
