Job Description ■VE/VA案件の発掘　（チーム活動のリード、案出し、効果算出、部門横断）
■設計、製造、購買との連携によるプロジェクトの発案、推進、進捗管理、及び完遂

■グローバルVAVE、BU1（エアサプライ　ドライトレイン事業部リーダーへのレポーティング　■コンフリクトマネジメント（アイディアの具現化で発生する問題点の解決）■品番点数削減などの原価低減活動のリード役
■新規サプライヤー開拓、工法などの発掘と購買連携によるリソーシング活動のサポート
■事業部のメンバーとしての活動、特命事項
