Job Description	当社からもご入社頂いている同社にて、会社経営や投資業に関わる財務・会計を学べます。少数精鋭の環境で、自らが主体となって社会的価値を生み出していく事業に関わることができます！ ※現任の投資開発部長が兼任しておりますので、増員で新規募集です！！（実際は部下なしで経理業務をお任せする形となりますので、実務を運営して頂きます） ※レポートライン：代表取締役、投資部門の責任者たちと共同で、100%株主へ報告もございます【業務内容】 ■経理業務（仕訳入力、請求書支払管理、売上管理、会計監査対応、マネジメントへの報告資料の作成、年次／月次決算報告書作成、税務申告） ■子会社の財務管理（子会社財務の月次モニタリング、報告資料作成、経理業務支援及び指導、年次決算、税務申告） ■連結決算書作成【業務の魅力】少数精鋭のため、１人がカバーする業務範囲が広いです。また、投資先も多岐に渡る為、あらゆる事業の財務に触れることができます。今後、子会社の組織再編や、投資先事業の売却を予定しており、それらから派生する財務経理業務にも携わって頂きます。【残業時間】月40時間【配属部署名/部署構成】・投資業及び同社の財務を管理するチーム（現在男性３名が在籍、全員中途入社）に加わって頂きます。・収入源を生み出し、それを管理する、会社の核となるチームです。・投資先事業を訪問する為の出張が生じる場合もあります。（１ヵ月に１回程度） ※投資先の群馬県安中市にあるゴルフ場など
