Job Description Ensures smooth communication between the project team and customer in regards to the customer end functions
Aligns/agrees on customer requirements, drives and tracks the continuous development progress
Reports the status and finally drives the release process of the customer end function(S).
Supports the requirement management process(Customer to system and SW requirements) for the particular customer function(s) as defined in the RMP
Manages the Functional Core Team and ensures the alignment of all involved development Metiers such as Function Owners, SW Architect, SW Project Manager, SW and System Test Lead, Functional Safety Engineer, SW Requirement Engineer
Ensures that SIQs mapped in his/her function(s) are answered
Responsible for Functional decomposition and endures one Function one spec concept is deployed
Contributes to the Functions scope inside the System Release Plan for his/her customer function(s)
Establishes and monitors an aligned timing with the customer Interface and the Functional Core Team for each internal and customer release
In case of deviations define together with the Functional Core Team countermeasures.
In case the Functional Core Team cannot solve the issue by itself escalate the topic to the System TPM and provide adequate information and proposals for decision-making
Manages the change management process in terms of QCT for all changes related to his/her customer function(s).
Following the decision of the Change Control he/she manages the implementation of the change

Requirements		 Algorithm experience (required)
ADAS experience (required)
Knowledge and experience regarding embedded software and embedded systems (Required)
Those with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in system engineering, requirements engineering, and testing (requirements analysis/test case creation methods, traceability concepts, reporting).
Japanese Language: Business level Japanese JLPT N2 required and Business English level required.
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 8000K - JPY 10000K
