Job Description Assistance on Studies – what is intended by “studies” , participation on Fit/Gap sessions for translations and providing input for GAP resolution , Sap Know how required
Translation of documentation – This is clear – Verbal and written skills to build the documentation in Japanese or convert Japanese documentation to English.
Process design support – Please explain further.. Any specific SAP competency / skills expected? Yes SAP Skills needed , reflect to Fit/Gap and explanation of SAP Processes to local business in Japanese
Training in SAP – What is the activity expected in training.. Delivering Training or Training documentation preparation? Any specific SAP competency / skills expected? Delivering SAP Basic Training in Japanese (system usage), support UAT’s with translation , SAP Skills preferable
Ongoing Support (Go Live, Hypercare) – assume user communication verbal and written..Please confirm , yes I confirm that’s are the tasks
Good English an SAP Knowledge - Any specific SAP competency / skills expected? SAP Skills preferred
Best solution would be if you could provide SAP consultants for the areas Finance/Controlling, Materials Management (Purchasing, Inventory Mgmt), Sales & Disribution (Order entry, Deliveries, Invoice, Pricing, Freight), Production Planning. Maybe SAP skills on junior level is sufficient as we want Roll-Out our SAP template solution we have already in place by an experienced central SAP team. Challenge is missing Japanese translation skills and explanation of SAP terminology in Japanese language what “normal” translators are not able to do.
