Other Salary Description	■Fixed overtime allowance available (54,000 yen per month (for basic salary of 315,000 yen) will be included in the monthly salary as fixed overtime equivalent to 22 hours per month) ■Annual income composition: monthly salary + bonus twice a year (previous year results: 4 to 6 months worth) -Annual salary 10 million yen, 5th year with the company Manager (overseas) (basic salary 650,000 yen + bonus 2.2 million yen) ◆ Estimated annual income when working overseas is 8 million to 10 million yen (no bonus) Health insurance Retirement allowance system [When working in Japan] Commuting allowance: Full payment / Private car commuting possible / Dormitory company housing: Rented company housing [While stationed] Family members may accompany / Housing: Up to $2,000/month (if family members accompany) / Company car available Family and child allowances: Fully covered supplementary school tuition fees Benefit of returning to Japan temporarily: Once every two years (including family members)
