Job Description	世界6か国で330以上のホテル展開する業界最大級のホテルチェーンの同社において、海外監査など管理業務をお任せいたします！店舗拡大に伴う増員です。海外にも積極的に店舗展開を進めており、海外拠点関連業務全般を担っていただきます。以下の業務をお任せいたします。「本部長」—「担当部長」の元、部長補佐としてのプレイングマネージャーとして募集します。具体的には、事務所管（承認業務）や海外法人の監査対応、遊休不動産売却の検討・実行、海外訴訟案件対応など。ミドル業務を担当していただきます。 ■職務内容： ※海外現法の実態把握の為、年2〜5回程度海外出張がございます。・内部監査業務(※決算監査等で海外法人と質疑応答や、資料の作成（ホテル実績、稼働料、予測値、修正計画）・海外拠点の保有物件管理業務(※遊休不動産の保守管理、売却可否検討（エビデンス資料の作成など）・海外経費の支払業務(※海外不動産保守管理・修繕に係る各種経費の支払い承認。経費に掛かる予算管理) ・海外拠点で発生した場合の訴訟対応(※英文訴訟内容を翻訳弁護士と連携し、プレゼン資料作成、社内稟議、実行、進捗管理。海外で生じる訴訟の対応を想定しております) ・海外拠点の決裁書（英語）を見てキャッシュフロー確認→事業資金支援海外拠点の資金需要に対応し、必要な社内稟議・承認を経て貸付実施 ■組織構成財務部への配属です。 50代の部長のもと、5名が在籍しています。 ※20代〜60代まで幅広い年齢層の方々が活躍しています。 ※採用後、本社・店舗にて6週間程度の研修有り（宿泊を含む場合有り） ■同社の特徴：国内外に330店舗以上を展開する業界最大級ホテルチェーン。現在全世界に1045万室というスローガンを掲げ積極的なビジネス拡大に取り組んでいます。レストランや宴会場を持たず、採算の良い宿泊に特化しており、自社で土地を持たないという経営スタイルのため、同業界の利益率が平均10％程度の中、20％を超える利益率を誇る点も大きな強みとなっております。2022年「全国ネットワークの基地ホテル」を新ブランドコンセプトにブランドを再構築。全国、駅前立地の利便性を活かし、空明日への活力をリチャージする快適な空間・サービスで、すべてのお客さまの移動を応援、最高の「行ってらっしゃい」を提供します！
