【Essential Qualifications】 ∙The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the current state and outlook of the industry and a broad network of contacts within the industry. ∙ At least 3 years of management and sales experience, able to lead, mentor and problem-solve a sales team of 50+ people Have the ability to develop sales strategies and policies, steadily implement them, and track them appropriately. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ∙ Willingness to challenge the process of building from zero to one. Fixed overtime pay: Monthly salary of ¥500,000 to ¥700,000 includes fixed overtime pay of ¥94,900 to ¥132,900 (equivalent to 30 hours) per month. Additional overtime pay will be paid for any overtime over 30 hours.
