・Preparation for NASDAQ listing (domestic and international funding) ・Business plan/pitch materials creation ・Settlement operations ・Accounting audit response ・For securities companies 【in particular】 ▍Building an organizational structure sufficient to realize an IPO Since we have prioritized business expansion, as a playing manager you will be responsible for building the management department almost from scratch. There are also high expectations for various negotiations with shareholders, auditing firms, etc. You will be responsible for everything from building a "zero first" organization in the corporate department to "zero to ten" growth strategies in preparation for IPO, raising funds from within and outside of Japan, and expanding overseas. |
