■M&Aのシーズを発掘し、M&A案件の組成や推進を担当します。
【詳細】

■M&A案件の組成や推進を担当します。具体的には業界の研究を通じて、未上場企業の売却ニーズ探索や、上場企業へのM&Aの提案を行います。
■M&Aの交渉過程では、スケジュール・条件面などの調整、契約合意に向けた助言を行い、ディールの推進役を果たします。
■担当する案件が交渉フェーズに入れば、CFD（Corporate Finance Division）と連携して複数名のチームで案件プロジェクトを進めます。
