Lead a team of Development Managers and provide mentor-ship and guidance to them in leading all aspects of development works, including overall development management of new developments and existing assets across different sector classes ranging from commercial, retail, residential, industrial and logistics projects. Description * Manage the development of design concepts / options for the projects, which include conceptualising development design requirements and formulate design briefs to ensure that these are aligned with the Company's development strategy. * Manage the design consultants and liaise with all relevant authorities for approval of projects, manage the tender and award processes, as well as construction and contract administration. Profile * Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project Management or related field. * Minimum ４ years relevant development or project management experience in the execution of commercial, retail, residential, industrial and logistics projects Job Offer * 給与：800万〜1200万（経験に基づく、ジュニアからシニアまで幅広く募集） * 雇用形態：正社員 * 年間休日：127日（完全週休2日制）有給休暇、慶弔休暇 等 * 諸手当：通勤手当・時間外手当・住宅手当 等 * 社会保険：健康保険・厚生年金保険・労災保険・雇用保険 To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
