Job Description You will be responsible for the development and operation of the front end of the products that make up our company.

This is an important position because you will be in charge of the part of the system that customers directly touch, and you will be responsible for developing the system so that users can quickly navigate to the information they need.

In addition, you will be required to request the server-side staff to prepare appropriate APIs as necessary, and you will also be required to seek understanding of the appropriateness and necessity of such APIs.
Company Info We are a company that develops and provides a cloud-based POS system utilizing the iPad.

In recent years, labor productivity in the service industries, such as the food and beverage industry and the merchandise sales industry, which account for 70% of the workforce, has become a social issue. Our mission is to "develop a data infrastructure for the service industry" using data and systems, and we are working daily to develop businesses and services that are not limited to cash register systems.

Open Communication
- Our company utilizes Slack as an internal tool. We use Slack not only for business communication, but also to share information with each other on a daily basis through chat channels and other channels. We also use GoogleMeet once a month to hold "All Hands Meetings," where everyone can participate in communication, including board meeting materials, company-wide communications, and awards for the MVP of each department in the previous month.

Flat structure
- The organization at our company is flat, with only three levels of hierarchy: executives, managers, and members. 【Minimum Requirements】
- More than 3 years of experience in web front-end development using React, Redux, etc.
- Experience in web front-end development using technologies other than React, Redux, etc.
- Experience in creating front-end unit tests
- Experience developing, testing, and documenting in a team environment
- Experience in team development using Git

【Preferred Requirements】
- Experience developing and operating back-end systems using Ruby on Rails
- Experience in creating, operating, and building front-end E2E tests using frameworks, etc.
- Knowledge of web application security
- Understanding of store operations, accounting systems, and payment systems
- Experience in leading multi-person development, including technology selection
- Knowledge of software architecture
