[Salary] Estimated annual income: 4 million yen to 9 million yen "breakdown" ■Monthly price: 333,334 yen to 750,000 yen ・Basic salary: 246,596 yen to 554,868 yen ・Expected overtime allowance (equivalent to 45 hours): 86,738 yen to 195,132 yen *Decisions will be made based on our standards based on the balance of previous year's income and experience. *Includes 45 hours of overtime allowance each month. *45 hours of overtime is not mandatory. *A separate allowance will be paid for overtime work exceeding 45 hours, late-night overtime work, and working on holidays. *Estimated overtime work will be paid in full even if the overtime work is less than 45 hours. *The above does not apply to managers and employees subject to the discretionary labor system. |
