Job Description	[Business overview] We are looking for someone who will be primarily responsible for planning and operating marketing and community management for blockchain games and NFT sales. In the blockchain area, new marketing methods such as community formation and engagement are required, rather than conventional promotional measures such as advertising. Since the community is not limited to Japan but the entire world, chat communication will be mainly in English. Blockchain technology and trends are constantly changing (updating), so when carrying out marketing, it is necessary to always keep your antenna high and grasp the latest information. Also, since various rights and laws and regulations are involved, a wide range of knowledge and understanding is essential. On the other hand, there are many opportunities to achieve things that no one else can. Company Info	(1) Native app service Native app services are services that primarily provide game content to mobile app distribution platforms such as "Google Play" operated by Google Inc. and "App Store" operated by Apple Inc. ① Domestic development This is a service that distributes game content developed by our corporate group at domestic bases to the domestic market. Several titles developed by our company are among the top sales rankings on Google Play, App Store, etc. We will continue to mass-produce hit titles and strive to expand profits. ② Overseas publishing This is a service that distributes powerful game content developed by our corporate group at its domestic bases to overseas markets. We are actively distributing leading titles developed in-house to overseas markets, and we have distributed multiple titles, all of which are performing well. We will continue to aim to create even more global titles by utilizing our corporate group's overseas distribution network. (2) VR service Regarding VR services, we believe that it is important to quickly establish a dominant position in the VR market, which is expected to expand rapidly in the future. Other Salary Description	[Salary] Estimated annual income: 6 million yen to 7.5 million yen "breakdown" ■Monthly price: 500,000 yen to 625,000 yen ・Basic salary: 369,893 yen to 462,381 yen ・Expected overtime allowance (equivalent to 45 hours): 130,107 yen to 162,619 yen Decisions will be made based on our standards based on the balance of previous year's income and experience. Includes 45 hours of overtime allowance each month. 45 hours of overtime is not mandatory. A separate allowance will be paid for overtime work exceeding 45 hours, late-night overtime work, and working on holidays.
