Job Description 【職務内容】
詳細設計が行える機械設計者を求めています。
担当した装置のユニット設計及び装置全体設計を経験を活かして自由設計出来るエンジニアを求めています。
電気ハード、ソフト、アプリケーションエンジと協力して装置を纏め、自身で検証を行い市場に投入できるダイナミックなポジションを用意しております。

業務時間内は余分な会議などは無く仕事に集中出来るので定時内で業務を完結しています。社員は経験の有るエンジニアなので経験の浅いエンジニアでもアドバイスをもらい業務を余計なストレスを受ける事が無く業務を行う事ができます。


【募集背景】
　今現在は設立して1年半、1機種の大ボンダは開発した、
　アプリケーションが多々あり、中国市場に販売する為にラインナップを増やしたい。
　現状マンパワーが足りないので、新たな開発設計ができる人を増員

【組織構成】機械設計2名、アプリケーション1名、電気ハード1名・ソフト3名、その他事務職員あり

Requirements		 【必須条件】
■半導体製造装置のダイボンダー、フリップチップボンダーの設計経験者
・３DCADが使用できる方、Creo Elements、Solidworksが使用出来る方を歓迎します。
