Requirements		 【必須条件】
・ホテルでの人事・研修の実務経験
　特に外資系ホテルでの経験であれば尚可
・業務内容に合った経験が5年以上ある方
・英語もしくは中国語で業務に就ける方
・中国での就労査証が取得可能な方

【望ましいスキル】
・学歴：中国での就労査証取得に優先的になる大卒を優遇

Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 7000K - JPY 8000K

Description		 支払は中国元（RMB）の現地支給にて銀行振込
現地通貨から日本への送金手数料は約2,000円～3,000円程度

賞与：インセンティブ賞与設定
（開業２年目以降はＧＯＰ達成により年収の20%の賞与を支給）
住居：会社にて用意
食事：業務日の食事は会社から提供
赴任・帰任交通費：2年の雇用を基調とし、往復チケットを無償支給（条件あり）
健康保険：加入有（負担割合は日本とは相違）
※60歳以降は任意保険にて加入予定
※歯科医の治療は現地保険では対応不可
Holidays 完全週休2日制（土・日・中国の祝祭日/年間11日）
