Job Description	[Business overview] Our company operates a major ramen chain with over 70 stores in Japan. We will open our first Hawaii store in October 2022, and in order to accelerate overseas store openings, we will be entrusted with a wide range of tasks that will occur in preparation for overseas store openings. [Specific job details] ■Negotiations with local real estate agents who are planning to open stores. ■Communication with local lawyers for visa application work from Japan. ■Interaction with store design and design companies. ■Investigating local properties and creating materials. ■Creating on-site advertising materials in cooperation with PR/advertising companies. ■Assist with tasks related to store operations (interaction with POS and delivery companies) ■Communication with accountants regarding salaries of local employees. ■Other duties for completing the project. There is a possibility that you will be asked to go on a business trip to the site with the president. Due to communication with the person in charge in Hawaii, full remote work will be required from 8:00 to 17:30. *Many of our business partners are overseas, so it is essential that you have the skills to understand contracts and documents in English. [Organizational structure] Our overseas sales team currently consists of two people. During this time, you will learn business operations under existing employees who mainly handle negotiations for opening new stores overseas, and you will proceed with store development, with your main duties being negotiations with real estate agents and designers. Most of our past employees have no sales experience, so even those without sales experience can get used to the work under the guidance of existing employees.

Working Hours	9:00-18:30 (8.5 hours of actual work) *The annual holidays are 105 days at the store and 120 days at the head office, so in order to match the total working hours, the actual working hours will be 8.5 hours.
