【Prerequisite】 ◎People in their 20s to 40s are active ・Academic background of bachelor's degree or higher - Sales experience in China (including mainland, Hong Kong, and Macau) (required). ・Customer target experience: Japanese companies, Western companies, domestic companies (state-owned companies, private companies), etc. are all acceptable. - Must have 3 years or more of work experience and experience in developing new customers. At least one year of sales experience in the construction industry and an understanding of construction industry terminology (required). ・Be able to communicate in Chinese (or English) (have conversational skills). ・Have experience of concluding at least one contract worth 500,000 yuan or more within the past year. Ability to handle short-term business trips. [Welcome conditions] Possess good logical thinking ability and communication coordination ability. |
