[Job summary] 1. We examine, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries from infants to adults on an inpatient and outpatient basis, and provide medical services to pediatric neurology and general pediatric patients. 2. Create and review medical records, obtain data through interviews, examine patients, and determine whether X-ray examinations or clinical tests are necessary. 3. Interpret test results and evaluate test findings, conduct rounds, prescribe treatments, administer and prescribe treatments such as antibiotics, medications, and poultices. 4. Determine and assist with the need for specialized medical care and treatment. 5. Serve on at least one hospital/clinic committee. 6. Work on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other pediatricians and department heads. 7. Work closely with department heads to support department goals. |
