・全固体電池など、新世代電池の製造工程の設計をお任せします。小規模ですが、世界の最先端の技術に関われます。 ・研究開発に没頭できる環境。 【当社の強み】・電動バイクなどに使われる電池の研究開発に特化した企業です。週に一度、オンスケジュールかどうかの報告以外、細かい制約はございません。ご自身の研究開発の達成に没頭できます。・学会参加や資料購入の経費も潤沢です。【環境】さらなる環境整備のため、専門業務型裁量労働制の導入を検討中です。借り上げ社宅制度も準備中。お昼は500円/食が会社負担、経済面でも快適な環境を用意します。 |
