Job Description |
・In SaaS development, there is almost no direct interaction with the customer, but in this project, we will communicate with a specific customer and develop the system. We are looking for engineers who are interested in consulting, project management, and requirements definition work, and who want to focus on communicating with customers. ■ Comfortable working environment ・Childcare support allowance: 30,000 yen will be paid monthly for each child under the age of 18. ・Short-hours work system It is possible to balance work and family by shortening working hours depending on the situation such as childcare, nursing care, and disability. ・Child care nursing leave There is a separate paid leave for when a child who is not yet in elementary school needs nursing care due to illness or other reasons. |
