Job Description	[Business content] ・Define and communicate the overall vision, purpose and goals. Create, refine, communicate and prioritize the product backlog. - Enable delivery of the product backlog by presenting the backlog to the team. Create, own, and refine appropriate user stories and artifacts that describe and detail new products, features, and services, based on feedback from the team; develop team and acceptance criteria; and approve stories once completed to do ・Maintain cross-departmental team relationships Contribute to the maturity, performance and growth of Agile teams -Work daily with the Scrum team to refine, refine and accept stories and bugs for implementation - Create UAT test cases, organize and facilitate UAT tests, track test results, and work with Scrum Masters and Agile teams to resolve issues. Representing the team to external stakeholders, leaders and other teams as needed to ensure team alignment and understanding of progress. - Supports agile programs and ensures teams adhere to corporate agile standards. Provide feedback to the program on agile process enhancements. Job Requirements	Mandatory requirements ・More than 3 years experience as product manager or similar role in B2C or toC mobile products (SNS/Web3/high user experience preferred) ・Strong will and ability to master Web3 in a short period of time ・Have an approach to identifying raw data and analyzing how to use it. ・Experience successfully directing developer efforts as a Product Owner in a fast-paced environment driven by deadlines with multi-functional teams - Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks. Proven knowledge of project management concepts (preferably Agile/SCRUM) ・Excellent influence and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders ・Fluent English and Japanese welcome requirements - Hands-on experience leading process improvement initiatives - Engineering or UI/UX designer background ・Experience as a PO for over 10 million MAU products - Game planner or gamification design experience ・Experience related to Web3

Other Salary Description	・Flextime system Core time 11:00-15:00 ・Remote work 1 day or more a week ・Transportation expenses will be paid, or if you live near the office, we will pay 20,000 yen per month as rent.
