At the Yokohama head office, you will be assigned to one of the following departments and engage in sales activities for dispatching foreign engineers. --Department-- -Automobile sales department -Construction/Industrial Machinery Sales Department -Plant sales department ―――――――― 1) Regularly visit the management class (general manager, section manager) of the customer, interview the required engineer position, work content, and necessary conditions, and convey the content of the interview to the internal engineer recruitment department. . 2) The Engineer Recruitment Department presents candidates who match the content of the hearing, so we make a proposal to the customer. 3) Arrange an interview (direct or remote) with the customer's desired candidate from among the proposed candidates and attend. Candidates are often overseas, graduated from universities and graduate schools in India, Vietnam, etc., and are talented people who are active globally. 4) If the interviewed candidate is accepted, we will work out the terms of the contract with the customer. 5) From the time the candidate arrives in Japan to the time he or she starts working, we will support you with notifying the government office and moving into your new home. After that, we will continue to provide various support such as advice on life in Japan and negotiations for salary increases. 6) If necessary, we will also develop new customer companies.
