Job Description |
◆Acquisition of new customers (main), follow-up of existing customers. ◆ Formulation, management and execution of sales action plans. ◆Creation and management of request for proposal. ◆Customer visits and customer information updates using in-house tools. ◆Improve customer satisfaction. ◆ Contact with the operations team. ◆ Appropriate customer follow-up and management. |

Job Requirements |
・People who have experience in forwarding business ・Those who are comfortable with using English (due to communication with overseas agencies via e-mail and occasional phone calls) and using the system ・Those who are bright, positive, patient and flexible |
