Job Description |
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Recruitment Team Manager to join our dynamic team at Ahead Consulting, an IT Managed Services company in Tokyo. As the Internal Recruitment Team Manager, you will lead a team of recruiters and play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our growing business. Your primary focus will be on internal recruitment, ensuring that we have a skilled and dedicated workforce to deliver exceptional IT services to our clients. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute internal recruitment strategies: - Collaborate with senior management to understand the talent needs of our various departments and teams. - Create comprehensive recruitment plans to identify and attract qualified candidates from internal sources such as employee referrals, internal job postings, and talent development programs. - Continuously improve internal recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and a positive candidate experience. 2. Lead and manage the internal recruitment team: - Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of recruiters, fostering their professional growth and maximizing their performance. - Set clear performance goals and expectations for the team, regularly monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback. - Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements, develop position descriptions, and establish effective recruitment strategies. 3. Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities: - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance, for internal candidates. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and alignment with internal job requirements. - Ensure a smooth interview process by coordinating schedules, providing interview training to hiring managers, and gathering feedback. 4. Utilize data and analytics: - Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of internal sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. - Prepare and present regular reports on internal recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress to senior management. |
Job Requirements |
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role within the industry. Strong knowledge of internal recruitment practices, including sourcing methods, selection processes, and talent management strategies. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing recruitment team. - Solid understanding of IT roles and skills required in a managed services environment. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. - Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. - Fluency in both written and spoken English, with solid Japanese preferred.
