Job Description	Ahead Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to support our tem on-site for a major application rollout at a large telecommunications company in Tokyo. This role is focused heavily on User Acceptance Testing and scheduling, understanding and updating timelines, and communicating between the business and software development teams. Responsibilities:  Assess and update the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) status, ensuring adherence to the project timeline.  Work closely with the business unit to ensure that schedules and deliverables are tracked and managed appropriately. Identify testing requirements and execute them within the designated schedule.  Develop comprehensive test scenarios tailored to project specifications.  Organize and maintain project documents according to established standards.  Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely execution and completion.  Maintain effective communication channels with clients, providing regular updates on project status and progress.  Ensure project strategies align with company and project standards.

Job Requirements	Qualifications:  Fluency in Japanese and English.  Demonstrated experience in IT projects, with a preference for software projects.  In-depth understanding of the entire project lifecycle, froｍ design to implementation.  Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of success in an enterprise environment.  Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously without direct supervision.

Japanese Level	Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 6000K - JPY 8000K
