Job Requirements	■ Required conditions [PM position] ・Web system design / development experience (3 years or more) ・Web system project manager experience (50MM or more) ・Team leader experience (10 people or more) ・Communication skills with customers and members ・Those who can involve customers and make management proposals such as team improvement and system expansion [Sr SE position] ・Web system design / development experience (3 years or more) ・Web application development experience using AWS (more than 1 year) ・Experience in requirement definition/basic design (1 year or more) ・Communication skills with customers and members ・Those who can proactively propose system improvements [Development engineer position] ・More than 2 years of web/open system development experience ・Experience using Cloud services such as AWS/Azure/GCP ・Those who have the potential to absorb and improve ■Welcome conditions ・Management experience such as team start-up and expansion, income and expenditure management (PM position only) ・ AWS knowledge (Amplify, EC2, Cognito, Lambda, AppSync, etc.) ・Knowledge of design and development using Next.js and Node.js ・CI/CD related knowledge ・Experience in screen design considering security and usability ・Jira, Confluence experience ・Scrum development related knowledge
