You will be responsible for handling mobile payment system monitoring failures.

(1) Implementation of system failure detection and failure analysis: Isolate failures in response to alarms from the monitoring system
(2) Various arrangements in the event of a system failure: Depending on the nature of the failure, check the manual, arrange maintenance work, arrange parts delivery, etc.
(3) Respond in English to the system operating company (USA) for failure response reports

You will work day and night shifts.
The night shift will start after three months or half a year after joining the company and after completing the training on the job.
