Job Description	You will be responsible for handling general planning tasks for newly developed in-house smartphone game titles. Your specific job duties will include: ・Engaging in planning and direction work for game development, such as creating plans, drafting documents, and overseeing operations. ・Handling tasks related to specifications, event planning, level design, and scenario creation. ・Conducting market research and analysis, as well as creating relevant documents. ・Setting various data parameters and describing scenario scripts. ・Managing work progress and ensuring project timelines are met. ・Planning and proposing various promotional activities. As a planner, you will have a significant influence on the game content, allowing your own ideas to be reflected. While the responsibilities may be demanding, the satisfaction of seeing your ideas come to fruition and receiving positive feedback and support from customers is particularly rewarding.

Job Requirements	・Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a game planner (platform not specified) ・Experience in planning core content (main gameplay aspects of the game), creating outline documents, and developing specifications ・Ability to analyze and articulate the fun and appeal of games, whether developed in-house or by other companies ・Proficiency in creating outlines and specifications using tools such as Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
