Service staff work in a wide range of fields, from front desk work, but they are an important presence that influences the first impression of the hotel. We strive to understand the needs of our customers and provide services that meet their needs.
The feature is 《Multitasking》
Instead of division of labor, the accommodation department, reservation department, and beverage department are integrated. I want to broaden my horizons to multitasking. We are looking for someone who wants to improve their hotel knowledge more comprehensively.

<Work location is a unique space>
I work as a service staff at the 14-story complex Hotel & Residence Roppongi. There are various customers such as hotel customers, people living in facilities, and people using offices.
The appeal of our hospitality is that we serve a wide range of customers, from people who spend a few hours dining, to hotel guests who stay for a few nights, to long-term relationships that last for several years.
<Environment for Practical Use of English>
Opened in Nishi-Azabu in October 2012. Our hotel, which is located near Roppongi Station, is used by many Japanese entrepreneurs, creators, and wealthy people from overseas. Half of the hotel guests are foreigners, so it's an environment where you can make use of your English skills. Before the new coronavirus, about 70% of customers were from overseas.
