Emerge is looking for an Oracle Expert Trainer. The project is scheduled to start in July 2023. Job description: - Provide professional training - Review, improve, translate and update global work instructions and training documents as needed - Train other trainers on Oracle and facilitation skills - Business document review to understand Oracle usage and Global Design - Train new users, established sites and other trainers - Create training scenarios - The site will determine the translation needs of the training material. - Remote work and domestic and overseas business trips are expected. |

| Job Requirements |
Candidates to be considered must be bilingual in Japanese and English and will ideally have experience in and demonstrate the following: Must Have’s • Be able to start in July and stay for at least 6 months through the end of December 2023. • Have a broad scope of Oracle experience and expertise and understanding of the end-to-end process – we are looking for system experts in the following areas: Commercial OTC, Purchasing PTP, Finance RTR • Deliver training professionally. • Review, improve, translate, and update Global Work Instructions and training documents wherever necessary. • Able to train other trainers in Oracle and facilitation skills. • Able to review business documentation to understand our use of Oracle and the Global Design. • Train new users, established sites, and other trainers. • Creation of real-life training scenarios. • Must be able to work remotely and also travel globally as necessary. • Delivery will be required in local language • Site will determine translation needs of training materials • In country or travel ability (Japan is our focus right now). Nice to Have’s • Account Set-up and UAT Training Experience. • Training Environment set-up and management including user access and data creation/management. • Learning Assessment Survey creation. • Captivate video creation experience. • Agile System experience. |
