Job Description ■ Main tasks of the position
Using the SAP system, we manage the process from receiving orders from domestic customers to delivery and billing to support sales activities.
In addition, our mission is to create an environment for more efficient and effective results by being in charge of overall coordination between customers, RPC depots, vendors and service partners, and transportation companies.

■ Main business contents
・SAP input of sales data, order data, etc.
・Management of invoice issuance process for customers
・Orders from end users by fax/telephone/e-mail
・Schedule coordination with depots (container collection, cleaning, and shipping bases) and end customers depending on the delivery situation
・Depot management for shipping RPCs (containers) to customers on time
・If necessary, arrange transportation (truck) for the relevant depot
・Collaboration with in-house finance and accounting departments as necessary
・Communication and cooperation with other departments in the company
・Resolving issues that occur in the process of daily work
・Support other operations within the company as needed
