Position Details
Working as a team member in the sales department, your responsibilities will be to provide IT staffing and services to companies in the Kanto area. Your main responsibilities are as follows.
• Business Development for new clients
• Account Management and Account Growth to existing clients
• Manage the sales process for IT staffing services to clients

The Account Executive’s role is to lead the service delivery process. Once new clients are developed, other teams will be in charge of providing the resources required to fill client needs. As a result, the role requires strong business development and relationship management skills and experience. Moreover, to communicate well to other teams to ensure resources are delivered within required timelines and budget.
