Job Description	【Role & Responsabilities / 業務内容】 Project Coordination: - Efficiently oversee IT projects, particularly focusing on upgrades to network equipment in multiple store locations. - Coordinate project schedules, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. Technical Oversight: - Utilize your technical knowledge to supervise the implementation and integration of network upgrades within store locations. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of fundamental network principles to facilitate effective communication with technical teams. Communication and Language Proficiency: - Communicate proficiently with the team and stakeholders in both English and Japanese, tailoring language usage as necessary. - Send comprehensive project updates and correspondence via email to stores and relevant parties. Collaboration and Teamwork: - Work closely with the technical team in Asia to ensure seamless project execution and align deliverables with project objectives. Meraki Integration: - Streamline the registration and integration of Meraki solutions into the existing network infrastructure. IT Industry Experience: - Leverage your prior experience in the IT industry to provide valuable insights and expertise for project success.

Working Hours	40-hours a week (Monday - Friday)
Job Requirements	- Previous experience in the IT industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of IT practices. - Strong project management skills with a primary focus on effective project coordination rather than extensive technical expertise. - Familiarity with network equipment upgrades and essential network principles. - Proficiency in both English and Japanese, enabling effective communication. - Ability to compose detailed and informative emails to stores and other stakeholders.
