・Recruitment: Hiring new graduates, university approach, and mid-career recruitment in order to acquire foreign employees and global human resources from Japan
* Global human resources: Human resources with language skills and strengths in specific areas, regardless of nationality
■ Actively promoting overseas expansion ahead of the food industry, where globalization has not progressed. Expanding sales channels in the United States, promoting the development of sales bases in India, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
■We also entered the food business and pioneered new areas centering on rice flour bread, PBF, and rice-derived lactic acid bacteria.
Multiple experiences such as new graduate recruitment, mid-career recruitment, education training etc.
■ Japanese business level or higher
