[Business content] The work we are recruiting for this time is the accounting work such as management strategy, management plan, performance management, and expense control among the governance functions that the Group Corporate Planning Department is responsible for. Specifically, we will ask you to perform numerical management work such as business plan formulation, performance progress management, budget and actual management, variance analysis, management report creation, business support, etc. The scope of business is not limited to banking, but covers the entire Group's financial services including consumer loans, non-bank/credit sales, leasing, etc., and provides opportunities to experience a wide variety of operations. About the Group Corporate Planning Department: The Group Corporate Planning Department is responsible for the group's governance functions, including management strategies, management plans, performance management, expense control, group company control, capital policy, macroeconomic trend surveys, responses to authorities, and sustainability-related planning. In addition to the Bank, I am in charge of centralized business management functions for major subsidiaries. [Working style] I am also working from home. It is also a department that applies the flextime system, so flexible work styles are possible. About half of the members are mid-career recruits, and less than 30% are seconded from group companies, and the team consists of more than 20 people with diverse backgrounds. |
