Job Description |
The specific business contents are as follows. ● Formulation of organizational and personnel strategies Building a human resources management cycle that utilizes a talent management system from personnel planning and human resource portfolio formulation ● Personnel system construction Construction of a personnel system (grading, remuneration, evaluation system) that supports a period of corporate transformation such as M&A, business succession, management change, business growth, and new business creation ●Personnel affairs DX Utilizing practical skills in HR operations and working together with the HR department to build a HR operations infrastructure that reduces workload and eliminates long working hours. ●Personnel/labor DD/PMI Design and promote PMI to maximize M&A synergies, and implement effective labor and personnel DD with PMI in mind |

Job Requirements |
● Practical experience at a consulting firm or think tank (regardless of area) ● 3 years or more work experience in the human resources department or equivalent experience (work experience in payroll accounting welcome) ●Experience in planning and introducing personnel systems (compensation systems, evaluation systems, retirement allowance systems, etc.) * Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot table) are essential because analysis and aggregation work will occur constantly. |
