Job Description Tokyo American Club is an international private Member’s Club where Members, their families and the community can come together for social, recreational, business and cultural activities.
We are currently looking for a Reception / Concierge staff to join our team!

【Job details】
• Handle general inquiries from Members and non-members on behalf of TAC Members.
• Assisting Members with Club event registrations and other outside facility bookings such as business meeting rooms.
• Checking in Overseas and Life members and handling related admin tasks.
• Assisting members and Club partner vendors, assisting shipping arrangements.
• Handling administrative tasks for parking and Bicycle parking registrations.

• Experience Strong experience in hospitality and good admin skill
• Education Hospitality school / major preferred
• English Advanced level ~
• Japanese Advanced level ~
• PC skills Word, Excel, Outlook, familiar with Reservation and POS related software
