Working Hours	9:00 to 18:00 (regular working hours: 8 hours, break: 60 minutes) *As an Intrepid group, we have introduced flexible work that suits each individual. (This is different from the traditional flextime system in Japan.) For example, it is possible to work flexibly, such as working 1 hour overtime than usual around the end of the busy month and coming to work 4 days in the following week.
Job Requirements	[Required] • Experience in successfully managing a range of product with a strong commercial focus • Experience in trip design and operation, preferably relating to small group adventures or similar • Experience working with destination management companies and third-party suppliers, including cost negotiation • Demonstrated knowledge of tourism/travel global sales trends • Understanding of how to create commercially viable sustainable, experience-rich travel (SERT) experiences, from accommodation, transportation activities and and meal components [Other skills and attributes] • Ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers • Strong capacity to handle multiple stressors and manage varied workload effectively in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional attention to detail • Customer focused approach, including a demonstrated commitment to achieving customer satisfaction • Experience in Microsoft Office suite including Excel • Ability to undertake pricing [Desirable] • Personal/professional travel experience in Intrepid Group’s travel destinations • Strong self-motivation and proven ability to take initiative and complete work autonomously

Other Salary Description	Estimated annual income: 3.5-4 million yen (based on experience and skills) (including fixed overtime pay for 30 hours) Salary increase → There may be no salary increase due to circumstances such as performance. (No pay raises in 2020 and 2021) Bonus → 10% of the maximum annual income will be paid according to company and individual performance (There may be no bonus depending on the circumstances such as performance.
