You will be in charge of overall building construction management, and will mainly manage quality, construction period, and safety on-site.

The destination is a major general construction company. We have a long track record locally in contracting, designing and supervising civil engineering and construction work.
We are looking for someone who can manage construction quality, process safety, etc. on site.
|Working Hours||8 hours a day, 48 hours a week|
・Those who have more than 10 years of experience in construction management
・Person who has experience as a construction manager of building construction overseas
・Those who can use English at work
・Those who have experience managing foreign-affiliated projects
・Persons from semi-major general contractors
・Those who have a first-class construction management engineer qualification
・Those who have construction management experience in finishing work for high-grade hotels, houses, etc.
・Those who have overseas work experience

|Salary||USD - US Dollar USD 100K - USD 130K|
Monthly salary: Gross 8,000USD ~ 10,000USD
*Determined based on experience and ability.
*Trial period: 3 months (100% salary will be paid during this period)
