IT (Hardware/Network) - Network Engineer

You will be in charge of customer support for bilingual projects.
We are looking for a wide range of bilingual IT professionals who want to engage in IT work using English.
■Job summary: The project will be decided based on experience and when you joined the company. You will be involved in operational projects using Japanese and English.
There are many projects, mainly for user support system operation projects, where we support by touching the actual machine.
■ Project example:
・ Bilingual help desk work at a major foreign-affiliated pharmaceutical company in Tokyo
- Mainly support for client PCs, mobile phones and peripherals
- User support will mainly use Japanese, and will collaborate with overseas engineers in English.
■Attractiveness to work:
・We can introduce you to jobs that make use of your English skills.
・It is also possible to engage in bilingual work after receiving OJT in the company.
9: 00-18: 00/8 hours of actual work
* There is shift work depending on the project
・Those who can handle business-level Japanese and English (telephone, email, documents)
・More than 1 year of experience in supporting foreign-affiliated companies in English
・More than 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk and user support
・Experience in simple troubleshooting of client PC (Windows 10)
・Experience solving problems while communicating with overseas teams in English
