【work task】 As a leading recruitment service provider in Asia, we provides a wide range of recruitment solutions in 18 cities across the region. The CRM Team is in charge of providing centralized administration, support, and development services to the offices for their CRM requirements. Currently expanding, we are looking for skilled and enthusiastic talents to join our team and allow us to continue its expansion. Design and develop new functions and features on the Angular application hosted on Salesforce platform, used for recruitment purpose by the business side. Work as part of the CRM Development Team in an Agile environment, and under the supervision of the Development Lead for projects. ・Design, code, unit test, debug, and maintain Angular applications. ・Engage in the migration of our application from AngularJS （V1） to Angular latest version. ・Participate in design decisions and code reviews to ensure best practices and high－quality code. ・Partner with Product Owner and Business Analysts to create the best experience for our users. ・Recommend, document, and follow best practices around source control, deployment, and issue tracking. ・Provide complexity estimations and improvement suggestions for the development of features and tools for the CRM systems. ・Be part of the team’s journey to technical excellence, by proposing new ideas and technologies to the team. ・When required, participate in the maintenance of a back－end codebase on force.com platform. ・Assist QA team and user－support team by conducting technical investigation when required. |

| Job Requirements |
・2－3 years minimum of experience in delivering Enterprise－grade applications as a member of a Development team.（Typescript） ・1 year minimum of experience on front－end technologies, with a strong knowledge of at least one modern front－end framework （Angular, React, Vue,…）. ・Experience in Object Oriented Programming, automated Unit testing and source control with Git. ・Strong eye for design and code quality. Experience in reviewing peers’ code is a plus. Good communication and strong teamwork skills. ・Experienced in working as a team member in a Scrum environment. ・Strong work ethic and commitment to business objectives. ・Languages: Fluency in English （spoken and written）. Japanese nice to have.(not mandatory) |
