• Allocate the best practices in a regional project to develop the internal process, policy and programs
• Ensure consistency of HR policy, guidelines, and tools
• Work close with managers and guide them through a consistent approach to maintain employee relations and manage their performances
• Develop company culture and employee engagement
• Give advice, guide, and coach managers to meet their business goals effectively
• Manage the employee performance and salary annually by collaborating with APAC
The fast-growing global company leading in the telco technology industry and providing services
• Have at least 8 years of experience in senior-level HR management roles (preferably in e-commerce or tech space)
• Have experience in working as a regional team and being part of a global organization across different regions
• Experience in partnering with some business leaders and fast-paced businesses
• Tracking record of development in positive culture change
• Ability to develop and build a team
• Have a bachelor’s degree or master’s preferred in Human Resources Management or related
Salary Depends on experience
