What you’ll be doing ◆ Analyse and evaluate LLM-based model performance in practical, text-heavy use cases ◆ Build and maintain pipelines for annotation, testing, and model comparison ◆ Collaborate with engineers, designers, and domain experts to translate noisy model output into measurable improvements Why you should apply ◆ You’ll work at the intersection of machine learning and real-world product constraints ◆ The problems are full of edge cases, ambiguous language, and require models that are robust, interpretable, and useful ◆ You’ll help define what "good" looks like in systems used by thousands of real users |

Job Requirements |
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience in one or more of the following: ◆ Experience in applied data science, ideally including NLP model evaluation or experimentation ◆ Strong skills in Python, SQL, and ML experimentation workflows ◆ Comfortable presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders ◆ Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and fluent English Experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable: ◆ Experience working with legal, financial, or regulatory documents ◆ Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks, annotation strategies, or prompt testing workflows Please apply by clicking the apply button.
