Job Description - Design parts and assemblies for real use in outdoor conditions.
- Integrate electronics and wiring into mechanical assembly.
- Make and review manufacturing and assembly drawings.
- Maintenance/improvement of robots and relevant machines.
- Support of R&D tasks
- Conduct field activities such as trial test, inspections service, and SV services in case required.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation work such as making quotation, reports, and documents for maintenance.

Requirements		 Must have:
- Experience more than 3 years in mechanical design.
- Experience with design of movable mechanisms.
- Experience of assembly/maintenance of robots and/or machines including both mechanical and electrical.
- Experience with 3D CAD, 3D modeling + 2D drawing
- Ability to design and implement a simple but effective system test to verify if a mechanical/electromechanical system meets a particular specification requirements.
- Ability to perform system testing
a) Be able to understand and to write a system specification based on requirements,
b) design and write a test procedure based on the specification,
c) carry out the test,
d) write a test report which explains the result of the test.
- Fluent English & conversational Japanese OR Fluent Japanese & conversational English

Preferred:
- Experience of mechatronics engineering.
- Experience of sealing (waterproof, dustproof) structures.
- Experience of field/service engineer (customer supports).

! Company has members from over 15 different countries, and the technical discussions may happen in either Japanese or English.
Mastery of both languages is not required, but willingness to improve languages skills in order to convey the ideas clearly is expected.
For production, Japanese conversation skills may be needed to communicate with Japanese local manufacturers.
English Level Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730)
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary Depends on experience
