We will manage the English conversation shool for infants to high school students. 【In particular】 ・ Classroom management As a classroom manager, we perform many tasks such as managing classroom sales and sharing information with staff. ・ Parent interview After carefully listening to your family and understanding your living environment and wishes, you can set goals and report on the results. ・ Acquisition of new students We plan and implement advertisements (flyers, etc.) in order to acquire students in the classroom. ・ Staff guidance, education and management Since the lessons for children are conducted by native staff, we will communicate firmly with the staff and share the teaching policy. |
