・ Telephone / Email / Customer Portal reception management (requests, incidents, etc.)
・ Correspondence to the contact point for inquiries (escalation to related parts depending on the content)
・ Escort for entering and exiting the data center
・ Key lending management
・ Preparation and reporting of various reports
・ Japanese and English translation
