・エンジニア Engineer(ヘルプデスク, ネットワークエンジニア、AVエンジニア)
顧客へ定期・臨時のITサービス提供(オンサイトサポートなど)
社内ITインフラ・ネットワークの問題解決
緊急時の報告と状況監視
チームリーダー・プロジェクトマネージャー指示の下技術支援
PC・ネットワーク機器のセットアップ、インストール、構成、テスト
営業支援と顧客クライアントシステム情報の収集・報告
担当者・主要エンジニアとの連携、情報共有
標準プロセスに基づいた高品質なサービス提供、生産性向上
Provide regular scheduled & adhoc support to clients(Onsite support,etc)
Troubleshoot internal IT infrastructure and network-related problems
Escalate potential critical situations and monitor critical client problems
Follow instructions from the Team Lead or Project Manager to assist engineering tasks
Set up, install, configure, and test computer and network systems for projects
Assist the sales team by collecting information on client systems and onsite problems
Effectively communicate client status with Account Executives and engineers
Consistent and competent client service and improve productivity based on Standardized process

プロジェクトの目的・範囲・予算・コストを交渉～管理
プロジェクト計画作成・管理（タスク、人員、スケジュール、リスク、対策）
タスクを割当て機器発注、業務フロー管理
プロジェクト進捗・課題を顧客、マネジメント、営業へ報告
変更要求管理、プロジェクト目標達成の調整、顧客の承認取得
プロジェクト完了時のサインオフ、文書整理等のクロージング
インフラプロジェクト管理の専門スキル習得
Negotiate and manage project objectives, scope, budget for cost-effective solutions
Create and manage project plans: tasks, resources, schedule, risks, mitigation.
Assign tasks, manage workflow, issue POs
Report project status and issues to client, management, sales
Manage change requests to meet original objectives; propose solutions and get client approval
Finalize project: sign-off, documentation, support handover
Develop advanced infrastructure project management skills
