Job Description Lead the continuous operation and optimization of high-volume digital platforms, including website, ticket store, and mobile app. Focus on improving conversion, revenue, and user satisfaction throughout the digital customer journey.


Description

*

Oversee sustainable operations of all digital platforms (website, app, ticket store)
*

Manage and implement CRO strategies including upsell/cross-sell initiatives
*

Ensure brand and UX consistency across platforms
*

Collaborate with global development teams for app updates and testing
*

Lead PDCA improvements through AB testing, UX/UI enhancements, and small-scale development
*

Monitor and achieve platform-specific KPIs and broader business goals


Profile

*

Experience in digital marketing (in-house or consultancy)
*

Proven team leadership
*

Strong analytics background (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
*

Project management and web direction experience
*

Skilled in marketing automation and BI tools
*

Comfortable working in a global setting with high English proficiency
*

Strategic thinker with stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
*

Bonus: E-commerce or app operations experience, vendor management, IT trend awareness
